I will guide you through the Five Lenses Reflection Framework—a practical process for looking closely at your environment before removing, rearranging, or purchasing anything. The framework helps you move beyond simply redesigning or decorating your space. It helps you make informed decisions about how your home—a living space that also serves as a classroom—can support the children, your family, and you as the educator.
I will not ask you to transform everything at once; my own transformation took time. You will learn to identify one meaningful change, observe what happens, and allow your environment to evolve gradually. Through this process, you can begin to recognize your growth, feel calmer in your space, and reclaim your home and energy while caring for children in the place where you and your family also live.

What is included with the training?
The training includes about 1.5 hours of prerecorded professional development, the Five Lenses Reflection Workbook, The Intentional Home Childcare Educator: 10 Practices for Creating an Environment That Supports Children and Educators, and a certificate of completion. The group facilitator also receives a guide and reflection workbook.
What is the difference between Individual Training and the Organizational Group-Viewing License?
Individual Training provides access for one educator completing the training independently. The Organizational Group-Viewing License allows one program or site to present the training as a shared professional-learning experience for its staff or the educators it supports.
What does “$197 per site” mean?
One license covers one program or physical site location. Organizations that operate or present the training at multiple locations must purchase a separate license for each site.
Can an organization distribute the training login to individual educators?
No. The Organizational Group-Viewing License is intended for shared viewing facilitated by the purchasing program or organization. You may not distribute login information or access to the recording to individual participants. Educators who want independent access should purchase Individual Training.
Will participants receive a certificate of completion?
Individual purchasers receive a certificate of completion from Edulallie®. For group training, Edulallie® will provide the purchasing organization with the certificate. Please communicate any state-specific certificate or documentation requirements to Edulallie before certificates are prepared. Because requirements vary, each participant’s employer, licensing agency, state registry, or other governing organization determines acceptance of professional-development hours.
