About Edulallie

Small Steps – Beautiful Transformation

Edulallie was created to support educators seeking a calmer, more intentional, and unhurried approach to early childhood education.

Founded by Suzette Salmon, Edulallie grew from years of real-life experience operating a nature-inspired home childcare program where children learn through play, relationships, storytelling, outdoor exploration, gardening, creativity, and everyday discovery.

Since 2009, I have worked with young children in a mixed-age home childcare environment, blending child-led learning with intentional teaching practices inspired by nature-based education, and other blended philosophies including Reggio Emilia, practical life experiences, and relationship-centered focus.

Over the years, I began to notice something important:
Many educators were overwhelmed, overstimulated, exhausted, and struggling to balance teaching, curriculum expectations, family life, and the emotional demands of caring for young children.

Edulallie was created to address that need.

Through field guides, courses, workshops, coaching, and educational resources, my goal is to help educators create calmer learning environments, reconnect with nature, reduce overwhelm, and build sustainable rhythms that support both children and the adults guiding them.

Here you will find support for:
• Outdoor classrooms & nature-based learning
• Gardening with children
• Child-led exploration & loose parts play
• Calm home childcare environments
• Mixed-age learning approaches
• Educator well-being & sustainable teaching practices
• Process art, invitations to play, and exploratory everyday learning

I believe children learn deeply when they are given time to wonder, wander, move, create, observe, explore, and connect with the world around them.

I also believe educators deserve environments that support peace, creativity, and balance — not constant overwhelm.

At the heart of Edulallie is the belief that meaningful transformation does not happen all at once.

It happens slowly.

Through small steps.
One rhythm, one environment shift, one connection, and one intentional choice at a time.

Thank you for being here.
